WB 2.7.0 upgrade and Comments

When adding a comment, error:

The requested URL /~tarzadon/modules/news/[ACTION_URL] was not found on this server.

 Searching the WB Forums, on page:

mentioned things to do after upgrading from 2.5.x to 2.6.x.

"In WB 2.5.2 the code for displaying the add comment page is stored in database mod_news_settings/comments_page. In WB 2.6.1 the code is stored in the file comments_page.php....Workaround for all who have updated to 2.6.1:
Go to Option from your news Page and change the entries from Comments Page manually."

In Settings->Comments Page:, I replaced the contents to:

        <h1>Comment</h1>

        <h2>[POST_TITLE]</h2>

        <br />

 Comments worked, but when you post a comment, you get:

        Test    By Administrator on [START_PUBLISHING] Apr 20 2009 at 2:03 PM

 I just deleted [START_PUBLISHING] from Comments Loop and it looked fine.
