Electronic submissions of full papers are due on March 25, 2008.  Submitted papers should be of sufficient detail for review by experts in the field and must not substantially duplicate work that any author has published elsewhere or has submitted in parallel to any other journal, conference, or workshop that has proceedings. Accepted submissions may not appear in any other conference or workshop that has proceedings. 

Submission Format:

• Each submission may be up to 12 pages in length. It should be in single column format, use at least 11-point fonts, and have reasonable margins. It must be submitted as a PDF or Postscript file through the automated submission system.
  
• The final version of the paper should be typeset using LaTeX.  The LNCS style is available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs.
• Authors unable to submit papers electronically should contact one of the co-chairs before March 20, 2008 (see the contact information below).

Conference Proceedings
Proceedings of the conference will be published in Springer-Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer Science series and will be available at the conference.
