The fifth International Conference on Sequences and Their Applications (SETA'08) will be held from September 14th to 18th, 2008, in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, under the sponsorship of the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky College of Engineering.   The conference will be held at the downtown Radisson Plaza Hotel.  Lexington is in the heart of Bluegrass country, the horse capital of the world, amidst beautiful rolling hills.  It is 50 miles from the Appalachian Mountains, 75 miles from Louisville, and 80 miles from Cincinnati.
