|Topic:||The Inverse Galois Problem for p-Adic Lie Algebras|
|Date:||Friday, April 15|
|Time/Room:||2:00pm - 3:00pm/Fine Hall 801|
For a number field K and a (compact) p-adic Lie groups G, the inverse Galois problem asks whether G can be realized as the Galois group of an extension of K. Already in the case that G is zero-dimensional, this is too difficult. So I propose to relax the problem and ask which p-adic Lie algebras can be realized.
