I'll talk about a new type of trajectory to Mars that has very interesting properties. One of them is fuel efficiency. This results from making use of chaotic and symplectic properties, as well as weak stability boundaries. A trajectory of this type was used in 1991 to rescue a Japanese lunar spaceship.
