ssh and scp are the only services running for remote access to the mathematics servers.
These services may only be used on remote.math.ias.edu or ssh.math.ias.edu

Housing Ethernet
To receive an ethernet (high-speed internet) connection in your institute apartment, please register here.


Modem/Dialup

Modem/Dialup Access is no longer supported at the Institute. Members are encouraged to use the housing ethernet connection for home access. Dialup service was decommissioned August 15th, 2001. If you still wish to use a modem, we suggest using an alternative provider such as AT&T Worldnet, Compuserve or AOL.
