How do I view Microsoft Office files?

On your Linux desktop, there should be a Windows Icon. If you click it, it will start a Windows session.
It is the same username & password as your Unix account. If this is your first time logging into windows, you will have to change your password first on the Linux side, using the passwd command.

On the Windows desktop, there is a folder called My Documents.
In this folder there is a link called UNIX Home Directory.
If you click on this, it will take you to your Unix home directory, where you keep all your files.
You can either double-click on the file to view it, or you can open up the Microsoft application from Start->Programs in order to view it.

Crossover Office is also installed on the Linux workstations. You can access this from the Start Menu->Windows Applications
