I checked the settings and everything looked okay. I was able to access the mail on another machine using Thunderbird. Restarting Thunderbird didn't work. Restarting Windows didn't work. I was able to login to Optimum Online's WebMail. I decided to Add the account again in Thunderbird. It began to download the messages, but it stopped at the same message as the original account. I logged into the Webmail and deleted the next message after the last one that was downloaded in Thunderbird. I tried "Get Mail" again in Thunderbird. This time it worked.
