When you make a secure socket layer (SSL) connection to the mail server, the following pop up error message may be displayed on the mail client:

1. Click on http://www.ias.edu/IAS_root_certificate.crt
2. When you see the window below, click on "Install certificate"

   

    

3. When the File Download dialog window opens, click on "Open"

   

    

4. Click on "Next"

   

    

5. Click on "Next"

   

    

6. Click on "Finish"

   

    

7. Click on "Yes"

   

    

8. Click on "OK"
