The rational degeneration of the double affine Hecke algebras associated to the Weyl group $W$ is a rational Cherednik algebra $H_W$ associated to $W$. Deformed Harish-Chandra homorphism is an analog of the Berstein-Beilinson localization for the rational Cherednik algebras $H_W$, $W=\mathbb{Z}^n_\ell\ltimes S_n.$ The construction is based on the quantum Hamiltonian reduction of the algebra of differential operators on the variety of representations of the cyclic quiver.
