2000-2001 workshops

During the special year we were holding the following two workshops:
 

• Complexity of Proofs and Computations, December 10 - 16, 2000

 

• Asymptotic and Computational Aspects of Coding Theory, March 25 - 30, 2001

 

The two were very different in nature, due to the nature of research in these two areas. The first was very focused and coherent, as essentially all participants had the same background. The second involved researchers from four or five different communities interested in codes from different angles.
