My Vipre subscription has expired or is going to expire. How do I renew my subscription?

You will have to obtain a new key from: https://security.ias.edu/personal-anti-virus-protection

1. Navigate to the website above from the machine you have Vipre installed on.


2. Enter your login information and click on Login. You will then get an e-mail with the new key.


3. On the machine, open up Vipre
   


4. From the Help menu, click on Register
   


5. Enter the new key under "I have already bought a license to VIPRE"
   


6. Click on OK
